Hi friend, I know this was a long time ago. But understand. the problem is under power the thrust angle pushes the nose down on a craft like that. Driving into the water in your case. The more power you give it the harder it will dive.

It needs more of a hull under it. The pontoons are just plowing the water. With a hull you'd get that thing on plane no prob.

Ya need some riser post to keep your wing up and dry.Then you can take off from water.
