hello i have recently gone up a bigger piston size .45 for a dirtbike and it doesnt seem to wanna take off like usall or wont sound normal like most 2 stroke 125s unless i turn the gas off
-
do the little holes on the main jet have to line up with anything when you screw it in? or do you just tighten up and it aligns itself

Would this work on a 150cc kazuma falcon quad?

hey um, i got my 70 cc installed after a whole summer if it not working because i burnt my piston racing with a racing kit including a pipe anyway i got my 70 cc installed and i got into an accident the next day.. my scooter strted up right after the crash but once i sat on it and gave gas it died out... would that be my jets that are screwed or totally something else? and by the way my scooter doesnt start anymore. if some one knows anything about this let me know thanks i would apreciate it

I tried to remove and clean my carburetor one day(gave up and put it back in) and now my scooter wheel is spinning like crazy. Its not really idling its going like max speed and wont stop unless i turn the engine off. If u can help me i would appreciate it. I have tryed adjusting the idle and that didnt work.

Sounds like the throttle is stuck open. Pull the air intake off and look down the carburetor. The slide should me almost all the way down. You can raise it up with your finger and let go and it should slide back down. Some that is common to happen is the cable itself is not installed correctly where it goes onto the carburetor. There is a groove that it should wrap around. If it hangs partially outside of that groove, it can hold the throttle open.

hi great vid, really helpfull at the mo i have a guoben 125 scooter,im thinkin of changing the airfilter, and the main jets and was also toying bout changing the rollers, just to give it a little pick up,going on yr knowledge will this make much difference to acceleraiton, and top end,i knw nothing bout all this mods so yr advce and help would be appreiciated thanx

@gedibanez Changing out the rollers is something people usually do to get more pickup but you typically will lose out top end if you do that. The air intake idea will give you more power across the board but at the expense of losing a little gas mileage but if performance is what you are aiming for, who cares about the mileage.

and if i were to change my air filter will i need to change the main jet or the pilot jet??

Yes you probably will. You have to read the spark plug in order to tell how it is running.
