@bumpyjjeans So, keep it to the purists, distribute instead secularized exercises like Pilates for those you like Yoga mostly for its stretches, but don´t sell divine rites done improperly to those who think religions are just premium wellness and superb recreation, coming in handy before a gym class called Yoga?
Guess I could go along with that. Guess the wellness business starts to behave like the merchants in the temple cited in the Bible, thrown out eventually by Jesus Christ.

@morphospace I am reminded of the proverb, "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing." Better the uninitiated never hear of a valuable thing than be told it is something entirely different than what it truly is.

The video is still useful for teaching purposes. The only one around here. It is like learning to drive in an old car from East Germany, if nothing else is available.
Beyond that, you are right.
Just that true teachers will rarely post their treasures, like a real and divine chant, on the web or Youtube, but expect students to travel to them to learn it, as the first step - showing will and effort - of an education is up to the student to deliver. Teaching starts upon that.

Why do they chant "Ahm" instead of "Om?" Dumme Schwestern. They sound half asleep. Leave it to Europeans and Americans to arrogantly hijack a culture and get it all wrong.
