@scottdavene Urinating and defecating in public, or in front of someone's private property, has nothing to do with being or not being puritanical, but much much more to do with common decency, societal order and standard of living, defiling the City's image, and last but not least sanitation. European nations are much less puritanical, I don't recall seeing or hearing stuff like this in Switzerland........

Yeah, People not too long ago did not even use bathrooms but the point is we do NOW and when there is 25 porta-potties and you choose not to use one and instead do it on other peoples property or a park where CHILDREN play in is disgusting and illegal.
