Hendrix and Tosin are of different time periods. Arguing which one was better is just stupid. Hendrix brought a new approach to guitar in his day. Tosin is doing the same now. It's a cycle of music. Eventually, someone comes along with a new approach that inspires a new generation of music. I think Tosin is the next inspiration.
