the swirling motion is dead on! when I meditate I see a greenish purplish like swirl and that is what I focus on during the experience accompanied with the bell like sound I hear.

He plans this appearance in order to protest the sacrificing of tens of thousands of animals before they take place on the 24th at the Gadhi Mai Festival near Nijgad in Bara District.
