The Dell SX2210T is a great touch screen monitor at a reasonable price. The biggest compromise with this monitor (at least when I bought it in August 2010) is that it is not set up for wall mounting with a standard vesa mount
Fortunately if you don't mind getting a little creative, it is very easy to retrofit a vesa mount to work with it. You just need to drill a smaller hole pattern to fit the holes on the back of the monitor. Don't worry about the small pattern not providing enough support. It is rock solid. Just don't abuse it and it should hold up very well.
Sorry the pictures are not very detailed from 1:30-1:50. I decided to make this tutorial after I finished the job so it was hard to show every detail.

@rrorge The pattern on this is not a standard vesa pattern - hence the challenge and why you need to drill your own pattern that matches the one on this monitor. This one is more like 40 - it's smaller than any vesa standard.
