Is there another form that you use associated with this form that you send to title company when closing, so that you get paid, In short, contact information for title company to send your check, also when you get time, check out my channel, I think u will find it very interesting and a different spin on real estate, I am the first to do this, I have buyers from all over the world, but never wholesale, I've made money on rehabs and video's., thanks for sharing information

So after the assignor signs the buy/sell agreement and assignment agreement he/she doesn't have to do or sign or necessarily do anything else? I watched other videos on this and some people said that the assignor would have to get both contracts to a title company. How do you do it?
