    McCarthy has a voting score of 80% in the 112th Congress(Freedom Indes 8-88-11). Score is based upon adherence to constitutional principles of limited gov, fiscal responsibility, nat'l sovereignty, traditional foreign policy of avoiding foreign entanglements.     While true, this is not a violation since it is talking about an app for the apple product to which the trademark applies. If it was just a windows download and he said "Theres an app for that" then it would be a violation of trademark.

    And also, really? Do we have nothing more pressing to discuss than whether this app violates trademarks?
