Cassie becoming Galaxy Pink 2 would have been interesting. But having said that it was great to see Karone continue on as a good person for the camera, so I'm in two minds really.

@randmperson2 I just tell myself that Billy on Aquatar converted the ZEO powers into the Turbo ones and that the ZEO crystal was was drained, and by the Time of "Forever Red" it had enough juice for a last battle. And that the Turbo Ranger either got the energy of their morphers back when Evil Alliance left Eltar or they can just draw them from Storm Blaster and Lightning Cruiser. That doesn't really make sense, but it helps me sleep at night.

But most of those powers (with the exception of the Zeo powers, which is still a bone of contention with fans today) are gone and all of those Rangers had their own planets to defend, they couldn't just up and leave to defend Earth all the time, leaving their planets abandoned. But I get your point. :P

Well, generally yes, though that might depend on where you stand with regards to the ZEO and Turbo powers (Justin), The Alien Rangers, the Phantom Ranger, The Blue Centurion, the Gold Ranger, and a few infamous plot holes with regards to the Zords. But that's just crazy talk :p!

My understanding is the original plan was to have Cassie take on the mantle of Pink Galaxy Ranger, but there was some sort of financial dispute, hence this final scene being done with them morphed in costume (I don't know if that's Patricia Ja Lee's voice or not) and Saban having to come up with the Karone arc.
