@OldHollywoodLove I was a regular at the Hippodrome all those years ago and enjoyed many of the top American artists. When I married (1955) our honeymoon was two of the best seats we could afford to see Norman Wisdom and Gerry Desmond, then it was back to work the next day.

I saw Gypsy Rose Lee with her troupe, Birmingham (England) Hippodrome, round about 1955. Absolutely fantastic. Still have hger signed programme somewhere.

I was 10 years old when this first aired. I was dragged to Los Angeles with my family because my stepmother had to go to some kind of a Dr's apt. Luckily they had a TV in the waiting room. I was "GLUED" to watching Judy tell stories & was fortunate enough in being able to watch the entire show. Thank you sooooo much for giving us the oportunity to enjoy this flash back to some truely precious moments on TV.
