It would seem you either made this as a joke or you simply don't under much about the Ace Attorney series, it's characters, and anime style in general. It's like trying to apply real world physics and logic to DragonballZ. =P

5. How phoenix lost his badge, or rather how they handled it. there was another piece of evidence that would have worked that wasnt forged, but the prosecutor forbid u from presenting it.

4.linear game-play ex) physche locks, if u haven't done everything u were supposed to the correct evidence wont count.

3.The judge favors the prosecution. More accurately the judge is their bitch

2.The witnesses can mend their testimony after lying.

I like the idea of this list, but im disappointed in the list since their were far more ridiculous moments in the games.10. was good,9 should have included 1., 6. I thought u were gonna make fun of the spelling error "The miracle never happen", but it seems your playing the Wii ware version? since they fixed it in that. At 4. that one was pretty good but i also think its dumb that they would let a a guy directly involved with the cases even defend, because I think he would be a suspect.

2. Why would Pearl be in the court at her age, and yeah, people notice the channeling.

6. I'm not sure what you are complaining about here. That they used the word "miracle"? That had nothing to do with religion, and it's honestly a little frightening if you are trying to claim otherwise.

9. This one doesn't really make sense. Phoenix Wright is a cartoony series, so a lot of the characters do reality-defying stuff. Matt is hardly the first. Think of Adrian, who breaks her glasses, then has them whole again, or Gant, who does that electrocution thing.

8. The card wasn't really relevant. For all we know, Franziska did return it to him off-screen at some point before or after the third game.

7. I don't see how this is dumb, especially as you know these are ports.

10. Pearl may be younger, but I can see why Maya was kidnapped instead. At the moment, it was probably easiest to get her. Pearl is clever, and it would look suspicious, trying to lure a little girl off on her own. Also, Maya is probably better known as associated with Phoenix, while Pearl has only been around recently. Also, a little kid hostage can be problematic in it's own right, as kids might fall apart and cry in that situation. Also, de Killer may not have wanted to harm a child.
