Light weight correct and form will eventually get you to the heavy. I see to many guys trying to impress withe heavy kettlebells,Gada and clubs. If you injure that rotor cuff shoulder joint it is difficult to recover from.The technique once learned properly will get you to the heavier clubs safely. Many of these guys skip the sensibility of going light first . In Texas we used to say if you are going to be dumb you had better be tough.
