An excellent start would be the book given to President Obama by President Chavez. The right came unglued because the truth in this book is one they want hidden. When Obama learns the factual history of the Americas, he can start dealing with them with respect and honesty, and improve the relations, perhaps even establish friendships that would be most beneficial.
