lol! if that things was truly in the sky, everyone would of been in a panic. the thought of a terrorist attack over the city would of been one of the first fears to come to mind. I wouldn't be standing there staring at it that's for sure..maybe for a second or two just to take in what the hell might be going on. I would then try and find my family to make sure they're safe and run like HELL!

With all those people with camera and cellphones this would have spread all over the Internet within minutes....

Furthermore many of them are just standing there and smiling at it .....
In my opinion that is an inconsistent public reaction to this unexplained event of such proportions...
