i give this to my 6 year old and 4 year old including my self . we have been using this for a few years now, and the first sign of a cold i gie it to them and me for a few days and poof no cold!!! I LOOOVE IT!! is worth the 13 dollars at CVS..

This stuff works!! Sambucol is the best tasting but more expensive of the elderberry syrups. Love it.
