Gloria from Missa Kenya IMEA 2008

IMEA District II 2008 held at Augustana College. Solo sung by Annalise Pittenger (me) - fifteen years old. Sorry about the fuzzy quality and the extra applause at the end. I hope you enjoy it! Comments and ratings are always appreciated.

It is quite possible that I messed up on some of the pronunciation and rhythm, but please understand that I auditioned for the solo earlier that afternoon and only practiced it with the choir about three times before we performed. I was not even expecting to get the solo, but when I did, I tried my best with the minimal time I had to practice. Thanks for watching! :)

I think you did an amazing job. But your vowels are im afraid to say doing this song no justice.

Its african music and the pronunciation wasnt. But otherwise it was fabulous :)

it's in tune it's well put together ... but how much more white can the soloist sound ... her intonation is great but all her consonants sound so valley girl
