This video was intended to show my injury recovery to my parents and friends in Japan. After my recovery, I decided to still leave the video here to help anyone who got the same situation as mine as hoping if I can give any more information. For my recovery record, please visit

  • can you please tell me what the re-hab exersizes you were doing were? is there a site somewhere? or is it oonly a physician that can help?

  • Thank you for posting. God bless.

  • My brachial plexus injury was probably between neurapraxia and axonotmesis. I couldn't lift up my shoulder even after 3 months. I was then recommended to take nerve trans-implant. However, after taking the 2nd neurological exam in the 4th month, the 4th doctor told me that my nerves began to wake up and I'd be recovered from the injury in 1 year. Actually took 18 months, though. Yours may be much severe like axonotmesis or neurotmesis. Meet shoulder authorities as I met 5 doctors. Take care.
