CHEST 101 for advanced bodybuilders. This is a video for those who have built up a reasonable amount of mass and size in the gym. Includes how to develop a deep split in the upper pectoral muscle, and how to make the chest buldge up and 'bounce' off the bone.
In summary, and in order or priority:
Incline Bench (number 1 upper-chest builder)
Flat Bench
Decline Bench
Weighted Dips (under-rated mega chest developer)
Dumbell Pullovers (good for expanding/stretching the rib cage)
(Dumbell Flies, but already this is sculpting . . . )

Thanks my Friend, I am greatful for this comment since I set out in the begining to build 'a chest like Arnold's' - to some extent, a physique. No easy goal, to be sure, as he is arguably the greatest bodybuilder of all time.

Do you actually train like Arnold? Meaning do you do Chest Back supersetting and hitting each part on a split 3 times a week etc in your own training?

I have tried the 3 times a week split. It doesn't fit my lifestyle, unfortunately - but i do frequently supperset chest back, arms tries etc
