more recent update:
I have been using a special iodine and it seems to be working.

UPDATE: I used my home remedies for several months on a rash elsewhere as well. Due to having to travel, lack of time and access to my natural remedies, I was compelled to use an over the counter remedy which eradicated the problem in a couple days, where my home remedies failed to produce such remarkable results.

  • I ended up doing a healthy vegetarian diet just to get rid of the inflammation in my body. It helped tremendously. It helped heal the worse foot. Before the diet, I got cellulitis because the athletes foot had gotten so bad! so I decided to just heal from within. I hope you heal completely :)

  • @pisces247 Thank you for writing. I had been on a vegetarian diet for a few years and the athletes foot hung on...I do think you are right about healing from within. I think if I had the willpower to do a strict diet, it would help yet I am unable to sustain that discipline right now....

  • Hi Mandy,

thanks for watching, rating and commenting! As for hot water and healing athletes foot or any fungal infection, I have found hot water actually aggravates my fungus. Other body types might be different. As for aloe, I think it works well for some body types. I use it and have yet to notice a big different. As for growing papaya or any healthy and high enzyme fruit (mango, figs, dates, olives ( I think), etc) that is a brilliant idea.

  • do you think after putting the boots on it would be good to step with the boots on into hot water in a bath? I read that drinking aloe vera juice everyday helps with fungis and scalp psoriasis, I just bought four 40cm tall aloe vera plants off ebay, I read they are really easy to grow and will barb off more aloe plants, I wanna grow papaya trees 2, I read they grow really fast and the red papaya trees are self-pollinating & will begin to fruit in about a year but only live for a short time.

  • @Mandy86lynn I just found this question Mandy. Sorry for the delay. I think wearing plastic boots in hot water exposes our skin to plastics breaking down. These degrading are likely estrogen dysruptors as well as toxic chemicals so I would say soak your feet in how water with baking soda and epsom salts...

Perfect working cure from Europe, including all information you need.

  • @researchfiend Very true, one thing that is a battle for me is patience & persistance but I am learning to let our body do the healing with natural elements. If you leave them soak & relax in time it will soak in & be effective, natural healing can be slow but worth it, I try to much to rush & end up making things worse! lol We need to be gentle on ourselves & love ourselves! :)
