Boris Korczak is an Ex CIA Double Agent who worked for the CIA/United States Government for 7 years in the 1970's.
On the panel is also Ray Klein, Former Deputy Director of the CIA.
In 1979 Korczaks cover was blown, much like Valerie Plame, by an "unknown" person and he was marked for execution by the KGB.
He fled to the United States where the CIA and U.S. Government turned their back on him.
Korczak was then mysteriously shot with a poisoned pellet which eventually passed through his system and failed to kill him.

Morton was a horrible host. He needs to run his show better. Let people actually talk for once so we can hear a complete reply.

Morton Downey died from lung cancer in 2001.
So I guess he will not be able to improve his show.

What agenda could an "ex double agent" have to participate in this "show"? To make himself more visible to reduce the chance of being hit by another umbrella? Tell me, Boris, what was your real motivation?

It is the media that kept me alive. I was a hot potato and nobody with sound mind would risk an exposure. Thre were many TV shows, articles in the press, books, etc.
