Information you should know about paint before airbrushing. I know a 20 minute video were I talk for the whole time about a single topic seem boring but this information is very helpful.

  • excellent video!. one question. its called GSI Creos MR hobby brand. MR ~ what did you call it?

  • @robotadventures Gunz or nick name Gunz-ie is what the west likes to call GSI. the older labeled bottle were labeled like this which are still in circulation on store shelves.

  • just wanted to know you have msn or anything like skype for easier communication due to i am getting my stuff in a few days time

  • @lopuilap

I would be happier to receive messages via youtube's private message system as I save those services for my private life. Sorry if this offends you but I do receive a lot of advice seeking messages.

  • Would you recommend me air brushing GNX MG really basic colours i think i have the ability cause spray painted and just brushed pain abit

  • @lopuilap

I happy to teach you how to paint but color schemes is purely up to the hobbyist. You are right in a basic scheme as you are new to airbrushing (forget camo patterns/ masking for a few models). But are free to use what ever color you like.

  • @smpleleo Sounds like its working ok. I think waiting awhile beats a super strong thinner removing the paint in a second and melting the kit before your eyes. If its working stick to it ...

  • I went to go get some thinner bcz i just wanted to start from scratch on a messy paint job of mine that i did with model master acrylic

and i didnt know which one to get so i got the ethyl rubbing alcohol

it doesnt work terribly fast, and i have to leave the parts soaking in some tupperware for a while before i can rub down the paint easily

should i get the isopropyl or should i keep what I have

and am i cleaning the kit properly this way?

  • @CrazyCrackerCat

It's a lot like Mr. Color you should be able to thin it with Mr. Color thinner too

  • @mokanaman i just wanted to know how it mite stand up to Mr. Color or Tamiya. im knew to modeling and im just collecting supplies right now.
