Auld Lang Syne (Violin)

i'm still alive!

this is probably one of the worse vids i ever made but i thought since it's been months since i made one, i'll make one for fun to wish you all a HAPPY NEW 2008!!

please keep in mind before commenting:
1) i haven't touch my violin in months
2) i know i'm out of tune so no need to tell me
3) i did this in one take
4) this was for FUN, so for all the bad comment givers out there; chill or just STFU!

i've got a question about your violin. Do you think it is a good violin for a beginner to practice with? How is the quality? And when you get is, how long does it take for this violin to prepare is for playing? (things like putting resin on the bowstrings and stuff)

the one i'm using in this vid wouldn't be a good violin to begin with...i think it's always better to start off with a regular accoustic violin so u know the feel of how it's supposed to be..accoustic violins are alwyas better than electric (the one in this vid)...i'd say maybe about 5-10 min to get ready before u start practicing..tightening the bow, applying rosin, and tuning)
