Is there a website for this kit? My biggest concern is whether or not the rear tire has to be offset or not. also, will such a wide tire fit a Phantom fender?

I own a 1998 VT750CD2 American Classic Edition. It has a 170 tire on the back right now, and as it stands, I have clearence to fit up to a 180.
