A comedian has to react to heckles, even freindly ones, if he does not he is showing poor comic ability not being able to deal with situations. You have to also understand that even if you think a heckle is friendly or funny it is not helpful comedians are trying to do their job and its not helpful to be interupted, sometimes comedians will invite audience participation and talk to the audience but the rest of the time it is expected you just shut the fuck up to be blunt
