@ therimdoctor Of course Ann was not making light of the Holocaust or WWII. It was a very pointed, caustic way of asking, "Why should we be impressed that the Germans liked Obama?" Her remark would have no force without the consensus that Hitler was a very bad leader. Call it gallows humor if you wish.
