Even if the Egyptians manage to bring down another president - that won't instantly end their woes, says independent political analyst Dan Glazebrook.

Egypt manufactured M1 A1 tanks in cooperation with the U.S.

FUCKEN america does not give charity to EGYPT

Egypt before 1973 was in the eastern camp (Russia and China) and EGYPT manufactured ballistic missiles in cooperation with Russia and we try to make nuclear weapons 1960

But after the liberation of Sinai from Israel (war 73)

Egypt turned to America's dependency. nuclear project was cancelled Egyptian economy began collapsing since 73 >Egyptian pound (LE) was =2 $>NOW >1 $ = 6 LE

You're right about the "privatization of water and other indispensable resources"

(It is much worse than "Muslims Only" painted on public par benches or "Whites Only" signs in the Jim Crow South)

    ---

Accusing me of ""champion[ing] the overthrow of Gaddafi" when

I point out some of the reasons that he may have brought about

his own downfall is stupid. He had many enemies!

Was part of his overthrow due to Libya's aquifer? I don't know.

But I'm more inclined to think it was geopolitical

    1. Given that the Palestinians rejected the UN partition;

    why invoke the UN now?

(i.e. the Palestinians didn't want to share the land; now they have less land than the Partition allowed them. They nullified the their side of the Partition)

    2. I will say that the B.& D. of the B.D.S.movement is a good idea; "S." won't work until both Hamas & PA legally recognize the right of Israel to exist and new borders are negotiated (the pre-1967 "borders" deal is dead).

It's happening all over the world.

China kills Tibetans & Uyghurs who resist. China also has labor camps.

Russia is killing people in the northern Caucasus area who don't want to be part of Russian. Some of them are terrorists; but a large number are people who are "in the wrong place at the wrong time"

(As are civilians in Af-Pak who are used by and live with the terrorists)

The scale in the Caucasus (Drones can't be used there -- too much tree cover) is not as large as in Af-Pak.

    I know.

Russia, China and the EU & UK govts. haven't said

"Why" either (nor has anyone else) I think it is

because all of the leadership, in every country

is tied to the bankers & merchants of death.

(Russia & China are large-volume weapons

    exporters)

Arab political and religious leaders use the Israeli/Palestinian issue to deflect blame away from the shortcomings of their

regime and their religion. Iran does the same thing. But they

don't do anything constructive to help the Palestinians
