How to make smileys for MSN with PhotoShop.

1. Open photoshop.
2. File/New
3. Set this options:
Width/ 19,Pixels
Height/ 19, Pixels
Resolution/ 72, Pixels/Inch
Color mode/ RGB Color, 8 bit
Background contents/ Transparent
4.Zoom so you can see each pixel of the smiley you are going to draw.
5.Choose " Eliptical Marquee Tool " and hold down shift to make a perfect sircle.
6.Color the smiley with whatever color you like..
7.Make eyes mouth blah blah..
8.Double click on layer and mess a lil bit with the settings.
9. When you are done with messing around and makin' it click: File/ Save for Web & Devices.
10. Save it..
11. Go to MSN. Click " Select an emotion "
12. " Show all " then click " Create.. "
13. Click " Find image " and then choose the picture you made.
14. Give a name and use it. LOL.
