Still it has to compete the CX75 that has 4 electric motors and no combustion engine. Just turbines.

He's referring to the way it's typically spoken e.g. 415 HP and 3100 pounds for a ratio of 7.5 ( my GT3) A high ratio would be like 100 HP and 3000 pounds (30 ratio). But I agree - it's not the most straightforward or intuitive measurement.
