Feebas- Located at tha bottom lake of rt. 119

How I found Feebas. Purely luck. Found him and made a video after I picked my jaw up off the floor lol. Every game is different, but there's a percentage chance that this stupid fish will be in this area. Fish every tile, 3-5 times. Its gonna take a lil bit. My Apologies to everyone. I honestly totally forgot about this video.. years ago..

@asekun022 Modest nature grows Beauty quickest. Use Pokeblocks, primarily blue ones with high levels, and make SURE they are potent.. your pokemon can only eat like 9or10 blocks max. once beauty is maxed, level up one level and *voila* you have Milotic

@Marzo546 I'm simply clarifying that there's no correlation between talking to that man and the location of feebas. The locations are completely random, even though from a percentage standpoint it's likely that one spot is in that area

I didn't find the tile in that lake, and I checked almost every single one down there. For me, it was one of the furthest tiles downstream (at the narrow part where the rocks are that block you from getting to the waterfall) from the northernmost location on route 119 where you can use surf
