God damn I love fighting this little guy :3. Also use switch axes people,sword mode is better than spirit combo for this fight (less tripping,moar hitting,never run out of ESP)

@Boodendorf Me too! I usually use Switch Axes for just about every mission, they are awesome IMO, but I found Hammers to be a nice choice for this guy. With only three hunters on my team, we managed to knock him out 7~10 times per battle! He spends more time lying on the ground than actually attacking in you just use superpounds on him repeatedly.

This battle theme's hilarious, and the battle is just plain fun.

We got no Uragaan Tails from his tail though :(

It's weird that you get two carves from his tiny tail, while only one from Rathalos', Lagiacrus'... XD

Meh, I don't need a tail for anything I wanna make, as far as I can remember. You don't need them for any armor part, do you? The Gunner set is pretty awesome, I'm planning on making it.

@L0neWoIfXIII I always use a Hammer when I fight Phantom Uragaan.

Its really the best weapon against him, like you said, you can knock him out better.
