Hey, this is a program called Noggit. It's a map editor for WoW.
It can mess your WoW folder up, just warning you.
Like this so people can see what he's using!

That's fake. It's just the old map viewer with TBC client. MapViewer works if you haven't updated your game to Wrath of the Lich King. This guy is just having fun at your expense.

If the map, I was editing, were in TBC-client, then how the hell there are WotLK looking durotar?? see the video upload date?October 03, 2008
The patch is '3.0.2 Friend&Family alpha' for WOTLK. And this is MAP EDITOR, not a damn viewer....

I just used
_WotLK BETA client_ to test my map editor, frapsed it and uploaded to youtube.
+ I created that software myself long time ago and im not going to share it with anyone
