Most of you have a beach ball that can be utilized to practice this energy flow. Feel the flow of your breath as you sway your whole body to the left and to the right as if the wind is blowing you gently side to side. Your feet will be deeply rooted to the earth, grounded to the earth while your shoulders are down and relaxed your whole arms. Feel the energy from the earth coming to your feet, legs, spine moving up to your body. Close your eyes and you can feel more energy flowing in your entire body. Have Fun! Note: This is a good practice to flow your body to the length of your breath, to coordinate your body and mind through the breath. This practice will be very useful to feel the flow of energy when we do YOGA. Try it and enjoy! By the way, you might wonder why I am wearing that kind of costume with the beach ball? The movement came from ancient Chinese exercise, guess what? Tai Chi.
