With all of the attention on the BP oil spill, the European debt crisis and even financial regulatory reform, the fact that Congress hasn't passed (and will likely not pass) a federal budget for fiscal year 2011 is flying under the radar.
To quote the words of the House Majority Leader, "The most basic responsibility of governing -- enacting a budget."

WTF?!?! This pisses me off immensely! These wastes of space can't put forward a budget?!?! It is their JOB!!! When I was in the Army, if I didn't do my job, I could have been punished (docked pay, given extra duty, jail time), yet these bastards can sit on their asses and shove health-care down our throats, while ignoring their most basic job. Wait until November.
