@austin78993 this is something that sets MJ apart from Kobe(who is also a great player and probably the best of his generation). MJ was around 34 years of age during that season and yet he still dominated the league as if he were in his 20's. That right there is true greatness.

@mbryanf Bulls always take over the Bradley Center. Did you actually see anyone wearing a bucks jersey? My guess is that there wouldn't be more than a few hundred Bucks fans in attendance.

Was this a home game for the Bulls?

Having a big starting lineup where all could rotate made them so much more dangerous...plus 3 great defenders and harper who understood team defense, no one can compare to them...

i miss those days when handcheck was legal :-) i love that era

@nikeairmorenUSA I remember when the raptors beat the Bulls for 1/10 of those losses, but it was only the Pacers that beat the Bulls twice that year.

@Alexao67 There were no Milwaukee Bucks fans back then, just like today. No one in the crowd wanted Milwaukee to win. Myself and a few friends were at the game. We drove up to the Bradley Center from Chicago along with about 15,000 other people.

LeBron you think everyone was gunning for you every night you played them? How bad do you think the entire NBA didnt want to be the Bulls' 70th win. Once they started rolling, the whole league must have wanted to bring their A game and beat them.

i just look at how quick he is and compare to kobe (my favorite player in the current NBA) and its not even close. Granted Kobe has a lot of injuries, MJ is soooo much quicker and more athletic looking at this age.

you would think they're in chicago the way everyones screaming
@jp3813 You could'nt be more right.Once MJ had the offseason to get his true game shape and form back, and the BULLS signed worm, i think you knew the bulls would be a great team again that would compete for the NBA tittle. However nobody seen a 70 win season as a posibility until the bulls started the season on 23-2 & 41-3 runs. There was no stupid media and commentators making rediculous predictions like they we're for MIAMI last season. They just steamrolled the NBA with dominance and greatness.

This game proves that they really had to work hard for each victory. It wasn't just given to them. Team chemistry, this is why today's Miami Heat didn't even get close to 70 despite all their talent.
