Morrison Equipment's 40-foot swing gate earned the K12 L3 rating when it stopped a five ton truck, loaded to 15,000 pounds, traveling at 50 miles per hour. The rating means the vehicle was unable to penetrate past the gate. Karco Engineering LLC, an independent crash test facility in Adelanto, California, performed the test.

Who said it is to be used in the US as an anti-terrorist defence? It could easily be used elsewhere in this world (I mean this video is shot at an independent crash test facility, not where the gate will actually be used.) All over the world banks, warehouses, border crossings etc would find use of this.
