Prior to the Ontario provincial election, the executive director of the Residential and Civil Construction Alliance of Ontario, Andy Manahan, called for a more "mature dialogue" on infrastructure.
Manahan said the good news of the election is that the three major parties seem to agree on infrastructure spending. Manahan said the province should have an infrastructure report card after the election, which includes goals and metrics that indicate whether the province is achieving them.
