Battlestar live at Ingenuity Fest Cleveland 2009

I was recently in Cleveland OH with bandmate Daryl Shawn and our duo Chinapainting for two performances at the art and technology festival Ingenuity Fest. On the evening of the second day of the festival I was out catching some of the evening shows as the day was concluding. I wandered into one of the 'performance alley's' stages stumbling on to a darkened stage of the makings of a band setting up. Drums were being struck and mics and lights tested. Moments later after a slight technical delay, the stage erupted with light and sound of a Cleveland, OH, based band called Battlestar that just amazed me for it's raw untarnished energy akin to an REMish band with a new edge. I reacted and shot and the video is pretty much that, just maintaining the 'live' feel I felt. The opening section was initially a soundcheck prior to their opening song 'Silence'.
