The judge that allowed only a one year sentence should be sentenced to life in prison where he can be shaken every day of his life!!! Why don't you post the name, address, workplace and phone number of the person who did this.

THE PREDATOR will get whats coming to em.!. UR STORY GIVE ME HOPE. my 2 month old has been in the hospital since NOV 1 2011 with SEVERE brain trauma-BROKEN legs and ribs- now has trach and feeding tube.BABYSITTER ISNT TALKING TO hpd which led to the removal of my 2 other kids.IM STILL PRAYING things will get better as of JAN 5 2012 child services took custody of her and wont let me visit...ITS HARD SINCE I HAVENT BEEN 2 WORK SINCE OCT. 31 2011 to be by her side.

@NAMTRIP no he is not he is very very healthy, and if i would not have brought him to the hospital when i did there is a good possibility it would have been worse...i was scared for him so i brought him in, and when i brought him in his dad left. so ya hes dad is a REAL asshole.....

are there any long term effects i mean is he mentally dissabled or any physical problems? If you dont want to post that is fine i understand i have two kids of my own
