So what you are telling me the real story is, that there is no way to enforce collection on a judgement in Australia?
Get together everyone you know, call his tow company for a tow. When the driver shows up laugh at him. Make a club out of it, and with 50 people each person only has to make 3 calls a day. He will have to start verifying what's tow is real and what's a fake. His competitors won't have that issue Also, call all his regular tow customers and let them in on the situation.

IF a landlord refuses to fix the rental property and you make a complaint with housing and he still refuses you can fix it yourself and withhold the amount from the rent. You need to save your receipts and you have to file a complaint with housing first then act. My LL is not paying 4 the water so we were told we can withhold the water bill money from the monthly rent so as to avoid losing our water priveledges.
