Actually, this system has been very positively reviewed. Where did you hear them? Perhaps the dealer doesn't have them set up for best sound, and we'd like to find out.

@Stereophile11 the towers of klipsch tend to be better than bose....but the 5.1 home theatre systems from klipsch are terrible.
