To help you understand, if I were to lay 4 cards out of a deck and you correctly guessed them all, that would be remarkable: there is only about a 1 in 6 1/2 million chance of your doing that. However, the odds of my having laid four cards is close to 1; so, you wouldn't be able to look at the result AFTER the experiment (sans prediction) and declare it remarkable. See? It's actually easy stuff.

If you think it is some organization that created the electoral college so that they could first create a razor-thin election and then thow it to their "boy," then I don't believe it. You have the same difficulty with probability that creationists do. Whether or not the towers collapsed exactly 11 years after a speech is not remarkable in the least.
