Take an animal balloon and poke a hole about a half an inch from the mouth of the balloon with a safety pin. When you blow it up and tie it off the balloon will still leak air, you'll hear it a this cant be done close up.Stick the opposite end of the balloon in your mouth and push up with your tongue.

the balloon will leek air as you push with your tongue causing the balloon to roll up inside it's self. Continue this till you end up with a hocky puck like disk of rubber in your mouth

@cdford567 easy, for u and everyone out there, when he finnishes inflating it, he bites a small hole in the end, and he doesn't swallow it. he just puts it in his mouth while it's deflating.

its just an ordinary balloon . all you do is bite a little hole on the end of it and when you put it in your mouth you push on the knot and it lets all the air out the other end

i think that as the balloon is pushed down the mouth, the other end of the balloon is open - letting the air out
