It's a Ragovoy-Berns song recorded by Erma Franklin released in '67!
Janis covered it in '68 on the Cheap Thrills album.
Janis probably would have not liked this version but would not be "turning in her grave" since she was cremated and her ashes were scattered in the Pacific Ocean.

she destroyed this song...it makes my ears bleed....the WORST cover EVER and that's saying a lot...I wished for her to get hit by a bus full of rednecks after she released this....so shameful...she should run away and never show her face again.
