An interview with Jim McGraw, one of the lawyers for a defendant in the Help the Needy Muslim charity case. McGraw's client Ayman Jarwan received 15 months and was released in December, 2006. He is now awaiting deportation to Jordan. Dr. Rafil Dhafir, the charity's founder, was sentenced to 22 years for sending aid to starving Iraqi civilians during the brutal U.S. and U.K. sponsored UN embargo on that country.
