  • @kd6o8 Me either! :D lol Helmets make your head sweaty and they give you sores (if they are too small *cough* mine *cough*) lol

  • @joosiej85 I agree. I am just saying that if you ride a lot your chances are better.

  • @kd6o8 "helmets take away from actually riding the horse"?? WHat a load of bullshit.

  • @phantomjumper Sadly it is attitudes like that, that get experienced riders killed. You are NEVER too good to fall off. It happens to the WORLD'S BEST RIDERS. But whatever, personal choice and all that.

  • @Nicoliodos It does have something to do with how good of a rider you are. While horses are unpredictable, the better rider you are, and the more expierence you have, the more likely you are to be able to hold on. Sure, in some situations, you are going off no matter what, but if it is a spook, or a few bucks, an expierenced rider is going to stay on, while a beginner may get pitched.

  • hes beautiful!

  • @FutureThorowbredOwnr no actually, its a choice made by some people. It has nothing to do with whether or not you can ride, they are un predictable animals, if you're willing to risk it and ride without a helmet congratulations your choice, but someones riding ability doesn't decide it for them thank you very much Future Thoroughbred****** owner.

  • I have a new throughbred named chance too. i dont always wear a helmet either :P

  • he's gorgeous.

  • @FutureThorowbredOwnr

Horses are incredible, but they are un predictable. You're taking a risk at your life riding without your helmet, but hey thats your choice.

A horse can\easily trip or spook and kill you in a second, the human body was not made to be thrown around.
