Just my personal observation, I think this song cuts across all countries, I think they should redo a video with English subtitles as oppose to 9ja pidgin i.e "Baby You played me for a fool because I am a thug and ran away with My Money" e.t.c.

Because non Nigerians will get down to this tune in the clubs

I agree with what you say but Okoro is not synonymous with 'thug' but rather a person lacking in finesse. Basically Igbo traders are referred to as 'okoro; or 'omata'. So she obviously played him for a fool and then called him that to his face.
