  • i always asked my Grama to make this for me as a kid...had to look it up but now I'm making it for my kids!!!

    Chicks survive on the yolk when they're developing, so it's no worse for grown chickens to eat them.

  • Just tried this and it was delicious, though I smoked up the house. What heat should you cook on?

  • I cook on about medium heat. Too hot and it tends to spit.

    Once the oil's hot you don't need the burner much, just enough to keep it hot.

  • You know what's good cornsilk is to also deep fry egg plant with egg like you did yes and eggplant=) By the way your kitty is soooooooo cute. I used to have one like him. I miss him.  But I will try your eggplant recipie try mine if you like it's so good.

  • You know what you might want to also try Cornsilk? What I do is I dip my egg plant in egg and than in bisquick and fry it. Its sooo darn good=)
