After all of the dreams, memories, and nightmares, Dean insists that he and Sam go back to Tree hill in order to make sure that Peyton is, indeed, alright and not dead or something along those lines. When they get there, Sam drops Dean off so that he and Peyton can talk things through. Their time together is a little rough at first, but soon it calms down and the two are smiling with each other. Dean ends up telling Peyton that he doesn't want to be apart anymore (except when he has to go for a job), and that he wants to be with her and noone else.
