That is 3 blocks high and 3 blocks long so this is not 2 by 2 and is not the smallest

@monkey6573 I never said it's the smallest. The height was not included in the video title, but yes, it is 3 high. And it is 2x2 + 1 which means that it is 2x2 but with one extra block (the one input wire). Hope this cleared things up for you.
